Formed in 2006 by Josh Sinton, Ideal bread is the band dedicated to playing the music of American composer and saxophonist Steve Lacy. Band members currently include Kirk Knuffke, Reuben Radding and Tomas Fujiwara (East Coast), as well as, Geoff Harper and Paul Kikuchi (West Coast).
